If I want to force the drop into some unnatural motion while itʼs dripping down the canvas and yet in principle I donʼt want to touch the surface of the canvas at that moment, I first have to create artificial obstacles. The drops will then attempt to go over or around them. The obstacles are hemispheres pressed and attached to the canvas. At the same time, they suggest that the canvas does not always have to be flat, two-dimensional. Rather it can acquire volume, even without artificial reinforcements.
