In The Fields

A visual commentary to the borderlands, dividing lines and historical or political events which took place in these areas. The central video depicts an elderly member of the Sokol organization repeating the same exercise, once on a meadow divided by a border line and another time without the division. The counterpart to this lyrical moment is a video featuring three imaginary generals eating from plates made in Palestine, the shapes of which resemble different possibilities of dividing a landscape. The feast gradually turns into a strategic game.
