I wrote to about fifteen people asking them to come to a meeting on the outskirts of town. The location was supposed to be marked by a black metal rod.

Before l0am, my assistants wrapped me up in a strip of white material, placed me in a hole by the foot of the rod and filled in a solid layer of gravel about 30 cm deep. The invitees gradually began to arrive.

I was dug out after about 45 minutes, when some of those invited left.
